What customers say?

“ Such a gem restaurant in an airport. The lady was very friendly and professional. This is an enjoyable and fresh meal. ”

“ The salmon tasted fresh, perfectly seasoned and slightly warm. The salad fresh, the soup flavourful, the bannock fluffy and the rice pudding delicious. Healthy and filling meal. ”

- Chai -

“ Tasty and healthy food! Great coffee as well! Fair traded one! ”

- Daewoo Kim -

“ One of the best gluten free breads I’ve had in a while. It’s like a slightly denser, nuttier flavor than a buttermilk biscuit would have. Very filling but not overly so. I didn’t try a sandwich although the salmon one looked so good, they were a bit pricey for my budget right now. Just the bread with butter and jam was perfect. Safety: they said they use different starches to substitute the flour and have a designated cooking space for the GF breads. The potential cross contamination comes from the shared kitchen where they prep things which is why it’s referred to as gluten friendly. I have celiac disease and am being moderately careful (traveling internationally is hard), if you’re being 100% careful you may react but I feel okay. ”

“ For the first time in my life, I ate an elk burger. The elk meat was very unique, slightly tasted like combinations of beef, deer and lil bit of lamb. The bread tasted like focaccia, which is good Overall was good ”

“ My flight got delayed and I had lots of time to spend so I decided to find something to eat. The staff were super nice and gave great tips and description for the food available, and recommendations were great! Had the BBQ Salmon Bannockwich Sandwich and it was tasty! Salmon salad mix was paired with t fresh tomato and salad leaves, but the bread was warm and soft so the combo made it more delicious! Such a great and filling meal before a long flight! Very tempted to try the Bison sandwich as well! ”

“ A very welcome site at gate D at Vancouver international Airport, international departures.. marvelled at the fresh baked gluten-free bread choices and dairy free parfait as well as regular bought some candied salmon salad and the delicious parfait. It was still fresh and wonderful four hours into the flight. I felt very nourished and had to share. ”
